Fish Game Restaurant

Canary Wharf

Amanda David, Chatting Food

‘The interior is beautiful; all vintage furniture and natural wood, it feels like you have stepped out of the impersonal steel and glass world of Canary Wharf and into a modern hunting lodge.’

Scope of Works…

An incredible transformation of a 2500sq ft concrete box to Canary Wharf's most captivating new dining destination, Fish Game.

Better Green Living’s passion for excellent delivery harmonised with the vision and design of our client Fish Game. As the principal contractor, we wove our expertise into the concept resulting in a stunning brand-new restaurant fit-out.

Design & Install

  • Close collaboration with partners maintained the delicate equilibrium between artistic expression and commercial consideration – punctually and seamlessly executed, on time, in budget in just 12 weeks.

  • A highlight of this transformation - the installation of a large charcoal open grill to elevate the dining experience. The inclusion of rustic slate wood elements and feature art installations contributes to the restaurant's ambiance of warmth and sophistication.

Challenges:

  • Navigating budgetary and time challenges we translated Fish Game's vision into reality. Through astute sourcing, innovative problem-solving, and streamlined construction methods, we brought to life a design that oozes charm and all within our allocated resources.

Head down to Canary Wharf, to experience the art of open-grilled cuisine from sustainable British ingredients prepared to perfection, in an environment proudly crafted by Better Green Living.
